Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from exotrade llc. If you are not satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Perishable goods such as food or flowers.
- Intimate apparel or swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken).
- Gift cards.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
